Financial Counselling

Granville Financial Counselling is a free community service to assist people who are experiencing financial difficulties or who need information relating to credit and debt. Financial counselling can assist with

  • budgeting,
  • assessment of your financial situation and providing options for change and improvement,
  • helping deal with creditors and acting as an advocate,
  • providing information about debt recovery and credit law, and
  • information about your rights and responsibilities if you are considering bankruptcy.
  • Granville Financial Counselling currently operates from Granville four days per week, and Auburn one day per week.

This project is funded by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) and The Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA)
