DELLWOOD COMMUNITY CENTRE AND MENS' SHED
Last year, GMCC secured funding from the NSW government’s Community Building Partnership program to build a small community centre and men’s shed. Housing NSW are providing the land, and GMCC in partnership with Granville Men’s Shed is to build the building. We are currently in the planning stages for this project, and building will start later this year. The centre will be located in South Granville, near the Dellwood shopping centre. GMCC offices will stay at Factory St, and we will offer groups and activities from the centre. Other local groups will be able to use the space for meetings and activities. Granville Men’s Shed will have their own dedicated space. We are also looking for donations towards this project – materials and skills. Donations to GMCC over $2 are tax deductible. If you would like more information about this exciting project, please feel free to contact the office.
